I’m extremely satisfied with the work Delphine did for me this morning, in particular Ozzy and Joe. I made the call for a leak coming down from my basement ceiling. Ozzy figured it out immediately and not only corrected the problem but also added some minimal hardware to ensure it won’t happen again. He also educated me about the plumbing in the house and how to know if a problem occurs by using sensors which they will install for me. Overall, extremely satisfied and won’t hesitate to use Delponte again and recommend them to neighbors.

This was our first time using Delponte and they were excellent. We had some pinhole leaks in a pipe in an upstairs bathroom. We had used another plumber in the past who could not find the leaks and said not to worry about them. I was not comfortable with that so called Delponte and Ozzie was on time and professional and found the leak and showed it to us on his camera. When we scheduled the repair, Don came out and actually found a third pinhole once the ceiling was cut. Both times we were treated professionally and the service was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again when needed.
