We’re looking for a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to take ownership of our financial operations. This is a key role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing all aspects of bookkeeping in a small business environment.

  • Handle full-cycle accounts payable and receivable
  • Maintain the general ledger and post journal entries
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Manage purchase orders, job costing entries, and vendor payments
  • Oversee AR collections tracking, and payment follow-up
  • Process weekly payroll or coordinate with payroll provider
  • Support month-end and year-end close in collaboration with leadership
  • Generate and organize financial reports for management review
  • Prepare and track W-9s, COIs, and 1099s
  • Assist with tax filings and audit preparation in partnership with external CPA

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in a service or construction-based business
  • Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital file organization
  • Familiarity with job costing, PO creation, and service industry accounting
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive financial information with discretion
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
